At Stella’s Earrings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of Items: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to admin@stellasearrings.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item(s).
  • Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include any accessories or documentation that came with the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timing: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

4. Exclusions

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Product Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for exchanges involving higher-priced items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including any return shipping costs incurred.
